“I think I left my _______ at the cafe.”
We keep all items left behind in a lost and found bin, it is best to come back into the café and any staff member will be happy to help you retrieve the lost item.
“Do you have WIFI at the cafe?”
All day, every day.
“What are your hours?”
7am – 6pm Weekdays, 8am – 6pm Weekends. Holidays hours are 9am-5pm and any changes to our regular schedule are posted on our social media feeds in advance.
“What coffees / retail products do you stock at the cafe?”
Typically, our retail coffee selection is limited to what we are brewing on the bar. We regularly carry our seasonal Small Lot Series Single Origin Coffees in both washed and natural processes, our seasonal Flagship Blend as our house brew, and Firefly Swiss Water Processed Decaf. If you’re looking to purchase a coffee from our mainstay lineup, it’s best to order online for delivery either to the cafe or your front door.
We carry a wide selection of gear from our online store at the cafe, but certain items aren’t always available. To guarantee that the item will be at the café it is best to order online and choose to have the item shipped to the café.
“What food do you have there?”
We stock a selection of pastries baked and delivered daily from The Tempered Room in Parkdale. We also carry a variety of gluten-free, vegan cookies from Bunners Bakeshop. More to come in the future so stay tuned!
“Can I reserve a table for a group of people?”
Generally, the cafe is first come, first serve. However, if you have a group of 6 or more we can reserve a large table and it can reserved by emailing café@ricoffee.com.
“Can I rent the space out for a private event?”
Yes! The cafe is available to rent out in the evenings after 7pm. For more information on renting out the space, contact café@ricoffee.com.
